Wall Piercing is a four metre-diameter stainless steel ring resembling a piercing, which is grafted onto the Foundation’s structure. The ring is equipped with a refrigerant system on which the ambient humidity crystallizes, before turning into ice. The installation changes according to the seasons and the variations in the weather, providing the space with a true environmental “ID card”.
